Course Description: Learn the habits, mindsets, and beliefs it takes to become a leader. Many of us get in our own way. We get caught in negative headspace spirals that keep us stuck in unhealthy relationships, careers, and cycles. It is not big movements but rather small steps that help you become the leader you were born to be. This lecture is focused on the formula for success. Learn the habits, mindsets, and beliefs it takes to become a leader. Finally, understand how self-kindness is key to growth and development. Learn how and when to be kind to yourself as you step into your role as a leader.

About Dr. Lacoursiere: Allison Lacoursiere is a seasoned dental professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Clear Aligner Operations. She is the founder of Clear Coaching, a consulting firm that helps dental teams improve efficiency, boost revenues, and create thriving office cultures through strategic training and delegation.

Known for her Clear Aligner Systemization methodology, Allison also coaches dental professionals on improving treatment conversions and team performance. She is an international speaker, educator, and faculty member at Align Technology, Upgrade Dental, and the Dental Speakers Institute.

In addition to her dental expertise, Allison is the co-founder of Clearly.IG, a social media marketing agency for dental teams, and she has trained hundreds on using Instagram to generate ROI. She holds certifications as a Professional Coach and Transformational Trainer, and is an advocate for female empowerment, leadership, and confidence.

Allison is also a high-performance leadership coach and the host of the "Clearly Worthy Podcast", where she shares insights on success, mindset, and personal growth. Beyond her career, she is passionate about health and wellness, representing Bermuda in beach volleyball and being a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor.

Her work is centered on empowering dental professionals and individuals to reach their highest potential with a focus on self-worth, innovation, and transformation.

Course Title: Unlocking the Future of Dentistry: Understanding the 3D Digital Workflow for General Dentists

Course Description: In this course we will introduce the audience to all of the parts and pieces involved in  Digital Dentistry. We will touch on everything from single natural tooth crown fabrication to full arch Immediate loading with PMMA 3D printed dental arches.

• The Different Types of 3D printers and what makes one good for a procedure and another not.
• How Intra-oral scanning compares to traditional impression taking
• The Different arementarium needed to produce full arch restorations
• What is Photogrametry
• Why Cone Beam Tomography is essential in Digital Dentistry

Biography: About Dr. Fraser: It’s important for the generalist to be able to differentiate those procedures which can be done in their office easily and successfully versus the ones they should send to the specialist. Dr. Gordon C. Fraser, Jr.'s presentations equip dentists with the knowledge and skills to perform in-house procedures and the discernment to identify cases requiring specialist intervention, fostering in-practice productivity and superior patient care.

Dr. Fraser has been trained as a Periodontist in the placement of dental implants and surgical procedures limited to the oral cavity. He is a graduate of Temple University and served our country as a periodontist in the United States Air Force. Dr. Fraser is an internationally acclaimed lecturer and has traveled internationally to teach dentists about periodontics and implant dentistry.

Dr. Fraser is the founder of PURE PERIO: an in-practice specialty provider and dental implant coaching program. He is the founder of Southern Georgia Dental Education, a resource for continuing education for dentists, hygienists, and team members. He is also a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Society, National Dental Association, North Georgia Dental Society, and the Catapult Education Speakers Bureau.

Dr. Fraser lectures on periodontics, dental implants (from beginning to advanced placement and restoration), soft tissue considerations, 3D imaging, and implant overdentures. Dr. Fraser also trains doctors and their teams on how to begin placing and restoring dental implants in their offices.
